Returns, Cancellations and Non-Delivery
Orders may be cancelled up to and including 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. The postage and safe return of the goods in this case is the customer’s responsibility, the price of the order will be returned within 30 days from the date of cancellation. We must be made aware of any claims for non-delivery within 7 working days of your delivery date.
We make every effort to supply the goods as shown on the website; however we reserve the right to offer you substitute beers if needed which are of equal or greater value, where available.
